ORDER PROCESSING

*Orders placed by Noon EST are normally processed and shipped within approximately two (2-3) business days from the date the order was placed. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

*Once your order is shipped you will be given a tracking number to keep up with the delivery of your package
 
*Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date of a new item will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
 
*Your credit card will not be charged for items that DO NOT ship. You will only be charged for items that have been shipped.

 *STYLE IS FREEDOM does everything possible to ensure that all of our styles and sizes are in stock and ready-to-ship. However sometimes high demand outpaces supply. In these rare circumstances we will notify you by email that your item is on back order. We will do our best to get your item to you promptly. Most backorders ship within 2-3 weeks.


SHIPPING METHODS
All packages shipped will have a tracking number provided. If your order is not delivered as promised, we will issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or APO addresses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. RETURNS/EXCHANGES
STYLE IS FREEDOM unconditionally guarantees all our products to be free from defects. We will gladly replace any proven defective items.
 
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason besides defect, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge. Please contact us at support@styleisfreedom.com before making any returns for exchange. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, as STYLE IS FREEDOM is not responsible for any lost shipments.
 
·       Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and will only be eligible for exchange unless defective upon delivery.
·       Replacement orders are processed immediately once the returned item(s) are received; the new order(s) is processed and shipped. This takes approximately 1-2 weeks
·       Items that have been laundered or altered in anyway cannot be excepted for exchange or return.
·       If you have a defective item that is being returned for a refund. This process takes approximately 1-2 weeks from when the item has been delivered back to STYLE IS FREEDOM
·       If your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, we'll not only pay the return shipping charges but also send you your indicated replacement(s) with free shipping as well.

SALES TAX
Customers making purchases outside of New York City and State will not be charged a sales tax. All non-NYC and State residents are responsible to pay sales taxes to their local and state governments for all purchases.
