If you do discover an issue with your item, please contact us at info@styleisfreedom.com within 5 business days of receipt of your item. After 5 business days we won't be able to address any issues you may have with your item.

If you have any questions or concerns about product information or sizing, please contact us to advise before committing to a purchase.

Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items and items that are out-of-stock
